Items will be packed and posted within 24 hours of dispatch, however, custom items need to be created, dried, fired, cooled, glazed & high-fired & cooled before sending – this process can take up to 3 weeks depending on kiln firing schedules.
Items can be shipping domestically (UK) and internationally via Royal Mail & Hermes shipping companies.
Items are wrapped in bubble wrap, bundled in more bubble wrap before being put in either a large bubble wrap post bag or hard box with – you guessed it – more bubble wrap. With hundreds of sales you can purchase with confidence.
