Individually sold. This beautiful hand crafted fishing boat “Tintagel” is a one of a kind and a wonderful addition to any mantlepiece. Evoking thoughts of the brave fishing crews of Cornwall. Sat on top of the boat is a cheeky, opportunistic seagull, waiting for the fishing crew to return. The item is individually made and completely unique. Built from high quality clay and glazes, high-fired, created to last generations.

As these are handbuilt, once it is sold – the same one will never be available again.

A beautiful piece of art. Perhaps a gift for a friend who needs reminding of the sea.

Penny is a highly collected ceramic artist of 30+ years, who originally studied at the world renowned Falmouth College of Arts in Cornwall, UK. The Cornish coast is a strong source of inspiration for Penny, many of her pieces recreate the sea; the fishing boats, harbours and cottages precariously perched on the cliff tops where she grew up.
