My love of pottery started when I chose a pottery GCSE at college as an additional interest. I thrived and completed both my pottery and art A-Levels in a single year. Subsequently I gained a place on the degree level Studio Ceramics at the world renowned Falmouth college of Arts.
Since then I have attended Adult Education Classes to continue my making and joined Wey Ceramics to begin exhibiting my work.
I grew up in Cornwall and the Cornish coast is ingrained in my soul, I love recreating the cliffs and precariousness of some cottages there.
I am a proud member of the Wey Ceramics Society.
